I qualified and competed in the 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2021 CrossFit Games; Masters Men 55-59, 50-64, 65+ division. To participate in the Games for me was more than a competition, it was a celebration of life. Before I started crossfit I was an endurance athelete my entire life and usually completed between 50 and 100 miles of running a week. But after finding Crossfit I have discovered how I can improve upon what I thought being in shape was and improve on that even more. I have been doing CrossFit for about 8 years now. I have been able to coach for most of those 8 years with my level 1 and 2 certifications, and my Olympic lifting certification.
